Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Alvaevelinne purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your leather gloves, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy.
30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and hygiene considerations, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, used, or altered in any way. Please try on your gloves carefully to ensure they fit properly before removing any tags.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contactsupport@alvaevelinne.top with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items over €75.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your gloves for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures that your replacement item is reserved for you while your return is being processed.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contactsupport@alvaevelinne.top. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost, and we will cover the return shipping for the defective item.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
