Due to the handcrafted nature of our leather gloves, each pair is unique and may have slight variations in color, texture, and finish. These variations are not defects but rather characteristics of genuine leather and traditional craftsmanship.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise indicated. Prices do not include shipping costs, which will be added to your total at checkout. Import duties and taxes may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.
We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment method charged. If your payment method has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will issue a refund.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased from our website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
