Shipping Methods

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Our standard shipping service is available worldwide and typically delivers within 5 to 7 business days for most destinations. For customers who need their gloves more quickly, we offer express shipping which delivers within 2 to 3 business days.

All orders are shipped from our workshop in Italy, where our master craftsmen create each pair of gloves by hand. We partner with reliable international courier services to ensure your package is handled with care throughout its journey.

Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders over €100. This applies to all destinations worldwide. For orders under €100, a flat shipping rate of €15 applies for standard delivery.

Processing Time

Each pair of Alvaevelinne gloves is made to order by our skilled artisans. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to craft and prepare your order for shipment. During peak seasons, such as holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery through our courier partner's website.

International Shipping

We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges vary by country and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
